The generated synthetic voice, text summaries, and content are for personal learning, language training, and entertainment purposes only, and do not constitute any professional publishing, medical, legal, financial, or investment advice.
第一條（認知與接受條款） / 1. Acceptance of Terms
當您註冊、登入或開始使用本服務時，即視為您已完全閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本服務條款。本平台由「福多納商行」營運。
By registering, logging in, or starting to use this service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. This platform is operated by Fortuna trading Company.
第二條（會員帳號、密碼與安全） / 2. Account, Password and Security
使用者有義務妥善保管帳號與密碼，不得將帳號出借或轉讓。透過該帳號所進行之所有行動與交易，持有人須負完全之法律與財務責任。
Users are responsible for properly safeguarding their account and password, and may not lend or transfer the account. The account holder shall bear full legal and financial responsibility for all actions and transactions conducted through the account.
關於付款與 Merchant of Record / Payment and Merchant of Record
本平台之訂單流程由線上經銷商 Paddle.com 處理。Paddle.com 是所有訂單的 Merchant of Record（銷售記錄商家）。Paddle 負責處理所有客戶服務詢問與退貨事宜。
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
第三條（智慧財產權聲明） / 3. Intellectual Property
本平台所有介面設計、原始程式碼、商標、系統架構及 AI 語音模型串接方式，其智慧財產權均屬於福多納商行所有，非經事前書面授權不得擅自轉載或作商業營利使用。
All interface designs, source code, trademarks, system architecture, and AI voice model integrations of this platform are the intellectual property of Fortuna trading Company. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
第四條（智慧財產權與用戶內容保證） / 4. User Content & Copyright Disclaimer
本平台僅提供會員自主上傳文件、匯入文字與製作個人專屬音頻之技術工具。用戶使用本服務時，同意遵守下列內容保證與責任規範：
This platform only provides technical tools for members to upload documents, import text, and create personal audio. Users agree to the following content warranties and responsibilities when using the service:
- 用戶就其上傳、貼上或匯入之所有文字、網頁連結與數位檔案（包括 EPUB、PDF、DOCX、HTML、TXT 等），須自行確保擁有著作權、合法授權，或符合著作權法所允許之合理使用範圍；內容及製作之音頻僅供本人個人學習與聆聽。個人學習目的本身不當然構成合理使用，仍須依適用法律判斷。For all text, web links, and digital files (including EPUB, PDF, DOCX, HTML, TXT, etc.) that users upload, paste, or import, users must ensure they own the copyright, hold a lawful license, or fall within fair use permitted by copyright law. Content and generated audio are for the user's own personal learning and listening only. A personal learning purpose does not in itself constitute fair use and remains subject to applicable law.
- 本平台僅為技術工具提供者，不對用戶所製作之內容進行實質審查，亦不因匯入、轉換或儲存內容而授予任何第三方著作權使用權利。若因用戶內容衍生任何智慧財產權爭議、版權訴訟或法律責任，由用戶本人依法自行承擔；於法律允許範圍內，本平台與福多納商行不負任何連帶賠償責任。This platform is only a technical tool provider. It does not substantively review user-created content, and importing, converting, or storing content does not grant any copyright usage rights to third parties. Any intellectual property dispute, copyright litigation, or legal liability arising from user content shall be borne by the user. To the extent permitted by law, this platform and Fortuna trading Company bear no joint liability.
- 經查證用戶有違法散布、重製或侵權行為，本平台有權立即終止該用戶之會員資格與服務權限，並依法配合權利人或主管機關處理；本條款不授予下載、重製、散布、公開播送或商業使用音頻之權利。If a user is verified to have unlawfully distributed, reproduced, or infringed content, this platform may immediately terminate the user's membership and service access and cooperate with rights holders or authorities as required by law. These terms grant no right to download, reproduce, distribute, publicly broadcast, or commercially use audio.
本條免責及責任限制僅於適用法律允許範圍內生效，不排除本平台及福多納商行依法不得免除之責任。權利人如有侵權疑慮，可提供涉案內容、權利證明及聯絡資料至 support@aetheraigo.com，以利查證與處理。
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in this article apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liabilities that cannot be waived by law. Every book in the library (Bestseller Deep Reads and World Classics) offers a free 5-minute preview. Non-members automatically receive 10,000 creation points each month (equivalent to 10,000 characters) for uploading text or files to create their own audiobooks.
「金耳朵」付費會員方案 / Golden Ears Paid Membership
訂閱費用：台幣 190 元／月，或台幣 1,598 元／年。會員權益包含全館 30 分鐘精讀版完整無限暢聽（突破每本前 5 分鐘試聽限制）、AI 語音合成與製作完全無限量使用、雲端書架無限同步及高解析度音質。
Subscription: NT$190/month (≈ US$5.90) or NT$1,598/year (≈ US$49.90). Benefits include unlimited full listening to the 30-minute deep-read editions (beyond the 5-minute preview), unlimited AI voice synthesis and creation, unlimited cloud bookshelf sync, and high-resolution audio.
僅限個人手機端聆聽與學習 / Personal Mobile Listening and Learning Only
無論是否為「金耳朵」付費會員，透過本平台製作或聆聽之所有書籍與語音內容，僅限使用者本人在個人手機端（PWA）進行聆聽與學習使用。
Whether or not you are a paid Golden Ears member, all books and audio created or played through this platform are for the user's own listening and learning on a personal mobile device (PWA) only.
嚴禁下載、重製、散布與商用 / No Downloading, Reproduction, Distribution or Commercial Use
使用者不得下載、重製、散布語音檔案，亦不得作任何商業營利、公開播送或營利使用。若有商業授權需求，請透過客服信箱聯繫洽談。
Users may not download, reproduce, or distribute audio files, nor use them for any commercial, public broadcasting, or profit-making purpose. For commercial licensing, please contact our support email.
support@aetheraigo.com會員方案生效 / Plan Activation
「金耳朵」付費方案於付款完成後生效，權益持續至當期計費週期結束；取消續訂後不再收取下一期費用。
The Golden Ears paid plan takes effect after payment is completed, and benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancelling renewal, no further charges will be made for the next period.
第五條（使用者行為規範與禁止事項） / 5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
使用者承諾不得利用本服務從事違法行為、侵害他人權益或試圖破壞伺服器安全，違者本商行有權終止帳號並保留法律追訴權。
Users agree not to use this service for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to compromise server security. Violators may have their accounts terminated, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
第六條（服務之中斷、修改與終止） / 6. Service Interruption, Modification and Termination
本商行為維護系統穩定與因應法規變動，保留隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務內容之權利。
To maintain system stability and respond to regulatory changes, the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time.
